How the repair is done
After the first contact and an initial quote based on the details provided by the customer, the drone will have to be delivered to the Laboratory for repair.
Delivery can be made by courier or in person.
Complete customer data is required.
For a correct repair, in addition to the defective drone, 1 battery and the radio control are required, to carry out the complete flight test.
FIRST ANALYSIS AND ESTIMATE
After an in-depth analysis, a precise repair estimate will be written with costs and timing
Your drone is fully analyzed in the laboratory to precisely identify the problem and the necessary spare parts.
Subsequently, the spare parts warehouse is checked, and finally the time required for repair is evaluated.
With this data a complete and clear repair estimate is written with the best cost-quality ratio.
REPAIR
How the drone is repaired after acceptance of the quote
The drone is disassembled very carefully and using specific and expensive tools, some of which are used in jewelry.
This procedure avoids any cosmetic damage.
The repair is done with competence and professionalism, the spare parts are assembled with care and any intervention is carried out with precision in order to bring the drone back to fly precise and stable as if it were new.
At this point, a first test is performed in the laboratory to verify the correct functioning of the drone, the Gimbal and all the sensors, systems and movements.
Finally, the Drone is reassembled with care and attention, and again tested and checked in all its parts.
Throughout the procedure, some photos and brief comments will be sent to inform the customer about the repair process.
FLIGHT TEST
Flight and function test before return
At the end of the repair, the drone sensors are calibrated and a complete flight test is carried out, in which it is checked:
Flight stability
The stability of the gimbal and camera images
The functioning of the sensors
Flight accuracy
It is possible to have the video of the flight test on customer request.
The flight test is performed in ideal weather conditions and can be moved if the weather does not make a correctly executed flight possible.
At the end of the flight test, a confirmation of the repair and the data to make the payment are sent.
SHIPPING AND FEEDBACK
Return of the drone and request for feedback from the customer after its flight.
Customer satisfaction is, for me and my laboratory, an incentive to improve and offer a better and more complete service.
For this reason, it is possible to perform a flight test with the customer upon return of the drone, or, after receiving the drone from the shipping company, the customer is asked to personally carry out a flight with his drone and feedback on the repair.
